Jay Aquino is a comedian from Los Angeles. His comedic style is observational, with a focus on race and politics, especially from a FilAm perspective. Just really anything that absurd or strange in the world, which is everything nowadays. He has performed at venues all across Los Angeles, including as the featured comedian at FilAm Creative’s Night of Radiance Gala. He also writes and draws the comic strip “Takeover Comic”, which can be found on @takeovercomic on social media. Graduating from UCLA with a bachelor’s in Sociology and a minor in student debt, Jay works as an office manager by day, and tells jokes at night or whenever booked.
